Women of all ages are invited to participate in the 21st Annual CTC Women's Four Miler Training Program. Join us for 11 consecutive Saturdays of group training and talks by experts on a variety of women's health topics. You may attend any or all sessions. Walkers and runners of any level are welcome, no experience necessary!

$20.00 Registration Fee ($15 for CTC Members)
Includes a training manual and other fun items!
Mother/daughter* teams (training together, girls age 14 & younger)
$30 per team (1 woman/1 girl/1 training manual),
additional girls (under 14, all training together), $10 each.
*Children age 14 and under - must train together with an adult
You may also pick up your packet at Lannigan Field on Saturdays from June 14 - June 28 beginning at 6:15 AM until 7:00 AM.

From the East/West: Take I-64 to exit 118B (Culpeper-Charlottesville). Take second exit (sign will say University of Virginia Information Center and Business 250 East) and bear right onto Ivy Rd. At second stop light, turn left onto Copeley Rd. Lannigan Field is on the left. Parking is in the University Hall parking lot on the right.
From the North: Take Route 29 south into Charlottesville (Emmet St.). Turn right at Massie Rd. Go the next stop light and turn left onto Copeley Rd. Lannigan Field is on the right. Parking is in the University Hall parking lot on the left.
From the South: Take Route 29 to Business Route 250 East (sign will say University of Virginia Information Center) and bear right onto Ivy Rd. At second stop light, turn left on to Copeley Rd. Lannigan Field is on the left. Parking is in the University Hall parking lot on the right.

|| Yourself, your mother, sister, daughter, friends, sunscreen, & either a large towel or a folding chair.
This is the registration form for the Women's Four Miler TRAINING PROGRAM only and is NOT for the race. Registering for the training program DOES NOT automatically register you to run the race. Registration for the Women's Four Miler Race will open on TBD.
